Wireless temperature measuring device

Spontaneous heating of grain, humidity, pests, mold – all these cases are detected in safe time by monitoring the temperature.
Humidity itself does no harm to the grain, but it is one of the reasons of spontaneous heating. By monitoring temperature changes and managing ventilation, heating becomes controlled.

Simple and powerful monitoring solution for bulk storages

Eltrum’s portable probe features three precision sensors enclosed in a durable stainless-steel rod. With wireless transmission and long-life rechargeable battery, it monitors grain temperatures automatically and alerts you when thresholds are exceeded—no wiring, no climbing bins, just reliable protection.

Technical data

  • Rod – Durable, stainless steel tube with a pointed end for easier insertion. Standard height 2.5m,
  • Sensors – Probe has three sensors installed. Sensor accuracy 0.5°, measuring step 0.25°
  • Device box – Waterproof device protection box. Once the battery is discharged, the box can be easily removed from the rod and taken for recharging.
  • Data is transmitted wirelessly. You will avoid laying wires, digging trenches, building switch cabinets.
  • Internal rechargeable battery lasts up to 12 months. It’s enough to charge once per season.
  • The probe has three sensors. Sensor accuracy 0.5°, measuring step 0.25°.
  • Message is sent instantly whenever temperature reaches critical limit. It is enough to have a mobile phone with you.

FAQ

Wireless systems provide continuous, automated monitoring—no manual checks, no climbing bins. Early alerts help prevent spoilage or fires, saving time, money, and grain quality.
Sensor accuracy: ±0.5 °C. Measuring (display) resolution/step: 0.25 °C
It’s designed for grain piles, warehouses, hangars and mounds.
It uses a rod (steel tube) which is inserted into the stored material. Data is transmitted wirelessly (no wires, no trenching) to a central system or mobile device.
The probe has three sensors. Sensor accuracy is ±0.5 °C and the measuring step (resolution) is 0.25 °C.
The internal rechargeable battery can last up to 12 months on one charge for the probe version.
Yes — messages are sent instantly when the temperature reaches a critical limit, and you can monitor data remotely via mobile or cloud system.
